Let’s talk about belief and how to trust the Universe to get anything you want, for realsies. Whatever your beliefs are – God, Goddess, The Big Guy, The Universe, Source Energy, Higher power… it doesn’t matter, you know that there is a higher power that loves you and wants the best for you. In this case I’ll be calling it: the Universe.

Now, I don’t want you to think this is a bunch of hippie dippy baloney. You don’t have to change your modern life to believe in the Universe, or leave your beloved tech behind to start on a spiritual journey barefoot in some hidden mountains in Thailand. You also don’t have to pull an ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ (unless that’s your thing). Not at all! On the contrary, the Universe, or rather, believing in Universal Intelligence is about living in certainty, in that sense of knowing, regardless of what’s happening around you, that it’s for a reason and whatever your little heart desires, you can have.

All of us are connected to this limitless power and most of us are only using a tiny smidge of it. There is this vast Universe just waiting to give you everything you want. We’re just to wrapped up in the physical world, comparing our lives, frustrated with our jobs and focusing on what we lack, that we keep loosing hope and the belief that we can have it all. And belief is a very strong thing to have.

You Are Not Alone

First things first, in order to to learn how to trust the Universe, you need to accept that it’s a thing. The Universe is here, it’s big and beautiful and YOU are a part of it. Because you are Stardust, you are made of magic, you are infinite and the moment you start accepting that, the faster your reality will begin to change. You just need to become aware, and believe, that there is a presence far grater than you supporting you right now.

So are you ready? Are you truly ready to accept that unconditionally? Regardless of people calling you crazy? Thinking you’ve lost it? If you are, congrats! You just took a giant leap of faith and are ready to change yo’ life! Say it loud, say it proud! Own your readiness, because one day you’ll be walking around as the happiest person ever, living your purpose, having the life you always dreamed of, and everyone that doubted you will ask you what your secret is.

Tune in to the Universal Frequency

With the Universe on your side, you can most certainly achieve that business, that relationship, that dream, and that next step in life you’ve been waiting for-evah to take. Now, all you need to know is how to tap into the Motherload of energy and info to start living your dreams. It’s all about ~vibration~.

I’m talking about your essence: energy. The Universe is tuned in to one specific radio station, one frequency and in order to truly raise your vibration (your energy) and be able to reach that frequency, you’ve got to believe that everything you want is available to you, right now. This is done by having high-level thoughts. Basically when you have positive and empowering thoughts, you connect with that energy. When you are thinking low-level thoughts like “I suck” then you instantly disconnect.

Try tapping into the Universe through the feelings you want. For example, if you want to live a magically joyful life, then take a moment and meditate that. You can do this by simply visualizing it, it’s shape, color, smell, really imagine yourself already there. When you feel joy and during your meditation, your connection to the Universe is strong and your vibration high.

Master Your Mindset

The Universe listens to your every thought and word and it is always responding. Why do you think your bad days keep going? Because you’re feeding into it. If you think “I don’t deserve that promotion”, then most likely you won’t get it. You are telling the Universe that you aren’t ready. What you think of, you become.

Your mind is such a powerful tool. It’s also in direct communication with the Universe ALL. THE. TIME. You can use your mind to manifest your deepest desires, make your dreams come true, or you can use it to keep that rainy cloud above you forever. Either way, your thoughts alert the Universe of what you are ready for, what you are asking for and it provides. Which is why you should start practicing mastering your mindset. Remember, it takes the same amount of energy & the same amount of focus to believe we are awesome as it does to believe we suck. So get crackin’!

Be On the Lookout for Love Kernels

If you still don’t believe, just become more mindful in your day to day, and you’ll realize that the Universe leaves traces. If you’ve ever seen the tv show Crazy Ex Girlfriend, she has a whole song about love kernels. Those little ways people show they care in a relationship. I like to think that the Universe is leaving love kernels all over our lives and in situations. It’s always present, we just have to look for them in the most obvious places and the weirdest most obscure places, because they’re everywhere.

It could be while you’re driving and thinking about your life and your dreams, and then BAM, you see a billboard that has a message like “Dreams Come True?”. You may think nothing of it, but what are the odds that you’re thinking of it, and then you see that? It may be something small, but it’s there, it’s a kernel! That happened to me actually, and it was a Disneyland billboard haha. I took it as a sign, because I believe.

Believe Like a Motivational Cat Poster

Belief is such a strong thing, and you must believe like a motivational cat poster. Everything you need to live the kind of life you want is already in place. It already exists. It’s already there, if you know what to look for, and if you believe strongly (not think) that it will be provided for you. God, The Universe, The Big Guy, The Mothership, are out to do YOU good.

You weren’t put on this planet to just pay bills and die. You were put here to live a purpose, to be happy and to learn and grow. You were also given those dreams of yours because you are meant to live them, to make them a reality. Remember, you are Stardust! How cool is that? You are meant to live the life of your dreams. You just have to believe! What do you have to loose? Oh, I dunno, just your life. Do itttt.

How to Trust The Universe

Trusting that the Universe has your back no matter what is the greatest gift you can give yourself. It costs nothing, it takes nothing, and it gives you everything. It’s a win/win/win! There’s a catch though…

You cannot just trust sometimes or when it’s convenient. It has to be a daily commitment, forever, no ifs, buts, or coconuts. It’s a relationship, you and the Universe are a relationship. You talk, it listens. You need to be in constant communication, because like all relationships, it’s the foundation. When you trust fully and blindly, tune into the right frequency everyday, you will see more and more love kernels along the way. Then, before you know it, your wildest dreams will begin to happen, and you’ll create new dreams, and then those will manifest and so on and so forth. Trusting The Universe is pure magic.
